Our team of talented, certified engineers are available to customers to assist in their pre-sale engineering of a solution, and their post-sale technical support issues that might possibly arise. Our staff is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, excluding holidays.

GWS offers an extended support option to its’ customers, providing 24/7 support, 365 days a year. For more information regarding our Technical Support department and our extended support plans, please send us an email.

In addition to our outstanding 18 month manufacturers warranty covering parts and labor, Global Wireless Solutions offers its' customers an extended warranty that provides 24/7/365 day coverage that will ensure that an engineer is just a phone call away. We understand the importance of maintaining a network and providing customers with the best customer service possible.
