John Elliott currently heads GWST overseeing Sales operations. John Elliott has 10 years wireless sales and implementation experience with up to 3,500 networks up and running successfully. John has 25 years of leadership experience managing and developing companies with $1-$5Million gross revenue.

Chief Operating Officer

Richard R. Sopha has more than 25 years of Executive Management experience in the Telecommunications world.  Rick received his Bachelors Degree from Wayne State University and has spent the majority of his career working for Fortune 100 Telecom Companies.  His experience covers engineering, construction and operations of both cellular and wire line networks.  As COO of GWST Rick holds responsibility for Operations and Business Relations.

Darrell Laughlin brings more than 30 years experience in Human Resources and Marketing. Darrell majored in Business Administration from University of California at Long Beach State and has worked for DOD contractors and as a career coaching consultant to nationally recognized firms such as Ford Motor Co. General Motors, IBM and more.
