Technology and Worldwide Business Development

Doug Harman, CTO of GWST is responsible for the technological development of the company’s wireless products and brings along a wealth of network experience. Doug has been integral in the development of hardware and software for one of the first commercially available firewall products.  He also was part of the team that developed the first WiFi Access Point for Lucent Technologies and Apple Computer. He is extensive experience in designing large scale point to multipoint wireless networks with his latest project designing the network for the city of Dublin, Ohio.  Mr. Harman was integral in the deployment of nearly 1,000 WISP networks worldwide.  He oversaw the training of over 300 company’s in wireless network design. One of Mr. Harman’s products was recently select by Network World as one of the 20 best technologies in the last 20 years.  He owns two U.S. patents and is regarded as a leader in wireless technology.

Engineering

Phil Luck has 20 years experience in consulting, data networks and RF technology. He is a licensed network professional and Motorola design certified engineer. Phil has implemented numerous enterprise networks involving data, voice and video.  He has consulted with many Government agencies and fortune 500 companies, including those involved in oil and gas exploration. Phil employs network engineers, RF engineers and experienced tower crews for turnkey implementations worldwide.
